A very calm n sorted coach. Wonāt force you his way. Always understands your priority and circumstances and modifies accordingly. Always tries to make you independent but guides you appropriately at the right time. This is first time that I have stuck to the diet plan for almost 3 months. I donāt feel starved can enjoy my meals and socials as well. Have come in best shape while loosing considerable amount of weight and building muscles at the same time.
