I worked with Amit for about 1.5 months and had a great experience. He designed a structured workout plan exactly the way I wanted and it really helped me stay consistent. Along with lifestyle improvements and medication, I also saw a slight improvement in my thyroid levels during this time. Very supportive, practical guidance, and easy-to-follow plans. During Boston winters, he adapts the program instead of expecting me to push through conditions that don’t make sense. We connect at least once a week, and he’s genuinely flexible about scheduling. These calls go beyond just reps and sets we talk about lifestyle, nutrition, and mental health, which honestly makes a bigger difference than any single workout plan could. He listens, adapts, and meets you where you are. The diet program is equally thoughtful. It’s not rigid or unrealistic it accounts for travel, seasons, and what’s actually sustainable long-term.
