Mid way transformation- I have joined Coach Amit on 10th of November for reducing postpartum weight. When I joined him I was around 69kg, with his support and his guidance i was able to loose around 4.5 kg in 2 months. With the consistency and his plan i was able to bring back the strength, stamina in my body. I was very clear with him that I don’t want a drastic weight loss but a healthy one as I am breastfeeding mom and didnt wanted to disturb that. Amit is very soft spoken and push his clients to achieve the Goal. I am glad I joined him as I see differences in my body. My stomach is going inside and I feel lively again. Thank you Amit for the support many more things to achieve.

I’ve been working with Coach Amit for just more than one month, and I can already see clear changes in my body and mindset. As a student in Germany, managing studies and health at the same time can be really challenging, but his coaching fits perfectly into my routine and doesn’t disturb my academics at all. What helps me the most is that his workout plan and diet plan are both realistic and sustainable. They are designed according to my schedule, preferences, and limitations, so I never feel overwhelmed, but I still feel pushed to give my best. I’m losing weight in a healthy way, my energy levels are better, and I feel more confident. Coach Amit is very supportive, keeps track of my progress, and is always ready to clarify doubts or make adjustments when needed. I really appreciate how he explains the “why” behind the exercises and nutrition choices, which makes it easier to trust the process and stay disciplined. Overall, I’m very happy with the results I’m seeing already, and I’m excited to continue this journey with him.

Working with Amit has been an excellent experience. He brings a highly structured, thoughtful approach to fitness—from intake and planning to execution. In just 30 days, I’ve progressed from a three-day to a five-day training plan and am already seeing results. What truly sets Amit apart is his holistic approach. Mid training review- Pre natal care (2nd trimester of pregnancy currently). I have been working with Amit for almost 2 months now, and with the help of Amit I have been able to maintain a healthy and active pregnancy. Currently i am in the 4th month of pregnancy and Amit has not only helped me with my diet but also encouraged me to continue working out throughout my first trimester as well as the 2nd trimester now. Key call outs : 1. Consistent work out - strength training + cardio 5 times a week. Though i was working out pre pregnancy also, with Amit’s help i have been able to go back to lifting my pre pregnancy weights in my 4th month also. He has been very patient with my progress. There has been days, where i would not be able to to lift much as it would fatigue me a lot, but Amit made sure to listen to every little details and progress/ derailment of mine and tailor made my workout accordingly (keeping in mind how i was feeling that week). This has helped me to continue my workout at the gym, and because of that consistency, i am back to my pre pregnancy weights lifting. 2. Diet plan according to my pregnancy progress. The diet plan designed by Amit has kept everything that i have already been eating. I eat rice 2 times a day and also had momo in my dinners ( everything is measured and made). Amit has also made sure to change the plan as per my pregnancy cravings - example in my third month of pregnancy i was not able to tolerate the smell of fish, chicken or paneer at all (and this continued for almost 3 weeks). This had put my protien intake for the day completely off. Amit changed the diet plan and made sure, eating was not a struggle for me. 3. No weight gain till now. This has been highlighted by my doctor also - to not gain weight or rather unnecessary weight gain during pregnancy. With Amit’s guidance i have been able to maintain my pre pregnancy weights and my baby is progressing well. And I feel better on the days i work out.
