I’ve been training with Amar for the past year, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the right decisions I’ve made for my health. He’s dedicated and genuinely invested in my progress. What really sets him apart is his consistency and accountability. Amar makes sure I’m up on time and ready to work out, even on days when motivation is low. He pushes me just enough to grow while still being mindful of form and recovery. Over the past year, I’ve seen noticeable improvements in my strength, endurance, and overall fitness. If you’re looking for a trainer who truly cares, keeps you disciplined, and helps you stay consistent, I highly recommend him. Five stars without a doubt!

Absolutely terrible unprofessional trainer. Urge everyone to stay away from him. Especially women. Because you have no idea what you'll encounter with him. I cannot even describe it here. I signed up with this trainer after reading his 5-star reviews, but my experience was completely disappointing and unprofessional. It seems he probably manipulates people to write such reviews as he tried to do with me as well. He often conducts sessions sitting on the sofa or even lying on the bed, sometimes watching TV or playing games during the class. Exercise demonstrations are done on the sofa or bed — completely unprofessional and unethical. He frequently eats during the session (potato chips and chai or samosa and chai and other stuff), and when I confronted him, his response was, "Okay, you also don't eat when I go to the gym." I'm the client, not his trainer — that response says a lot about his attitude. He never seems prepared with a workout plan, ignores specific health needs (like my bad knees), and I had to keep asking what to do next. He insists on payments in foreign currency to avoid GST and frames it as a favor to you, promising free classes that he later refuses to give. He speaks very sweetly when it's time to renew the plan and pressures you to sign up early, even before your current plan ends. He'll say he's in a financial crisis and ask for a six-month payment instead of three, promising an extra month for free - but once the money is paid, his tone changes. Overall, it was a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience. Please be cautious before trusting the positive reviews — they do not reflect reality.

I’ve been training with Amar for the past three months, and it’s been an excellent experience. He is extremely knowledgeable and pays great attention to the small but important details that really make a difference in training. Amar is also very flexible with timing, which makes scheduling so much easier. On top of that, he has a great sense of humor, making every session enjoyable. Highly recommend him as a PT!

Amar has been instrumental in helping me build and sustain consistency in my fitness routine over the past few months. Under his guidance, I’ve progressed from training three days a week to five days a week, which has made a meaningful difference in both discipline and results. He takes a highly flexible and pragmatic approach—accommodating work-related constraints and even scheduling weekend sessions when needed. Amar is technically strong in his training methodology, with a clear focus on weight loss and overall strength development. His routines are well-structured, effective, and tailored to long-term improvement rather than short-term fixes. I would strongly recommend Amar to anyone looking for a coach who combines adaptability and results-driven training.
