Anyattama is an amazing coach — so friendly, encouraging, and easy to work with. Following her diet for just two months led to incredible improvements in my health. My HbA1c dropped from 5.9 to 5.7, and my cholesterol levels decreased significantly. My main goal in joining the program was to get healthier, not just lose weight, and she kept me motivated every time we spoke. Her small tips and tricks made it easier to stay on track. Now, I’ve started working out and following the diet as part of my lifestyle rather than just a temporary plan. I hope to continue this journey even without a coach, and I give all the credit to her guidance. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs that extra push to start their fitness journey.

It’s been close to 2 months, I’ve enrolled with coach Anyatama. I wanted a coach who would understand my challenges and help me to cross them. I firmly believe that, I’ve done a great job in choosing the right coach. She shows great empathy while listening to challenges and it feels, she is standing right next to me while she gives me guidance on call. She also shares her challenges as well, which makes me feel, I’m not alone in this journey and helps me believe in myself inspite of many road blocks. I look forward to my weekly check-ins. I’m very happy with my coach.

This is my 7 weeks review for coach Anyatama. I have enrolled under Anyatama for a 24 weeks plan for postpartum weight loss (second child). I believe in results. From 1st November to 20th December, changes are - weight reduced 4.9kg, waist reduced 3.5 inches, hip reduced 2.5 inches. there are significant loss in inches overall. My diet plan is changed every week depending on my requirements. Workouts plan was hectic for me to manage with 2 kids, hence after 3 weeks Anyatama gave me simple exercises like squats, lounges and inclined pushups, which were manageable. I have been consistent with the diet plan and could complete my small step exercises now. Anyatama is very sincere and patient while listening to my problems and accommodating my requirements. It is a good experience! Thank you coach!

Anyatama is very supportive and she's always flexible with time and the diet also suggests effective workouts in busy days. I feel very comfortable and motivated when I have weekly meetings with her.Shes the one always pushes me to my best!! Coach gave me SQUATS CHALLENGE.With this good habit my 4 year kid has also started doing SQUATS with me.As mother I feel proud and excited. Good luck Anyatama:)
