I’ve been training with my fitness coach for over a month now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. She is incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, and knows exactly how to keep each session engaging and effective. What truly sets her apart is the care and attention she puts into personalizing every workout. I’ve had ongoing back weakness and pain, and she thoughtfully designs each exercise to strengthen my back safely while avoiding strain. I always feel confident that I’m in good hands because she pays close attention to form and ensures that every movement supports my long-term health. She is also extremely flexible and accommodating, especially when I’m traveling across different time zones. No matter where I am, she makes herself available to guide and support me, which shows her dedication and professionalism. I’m very happy with the progress I’ve made so far and feel stronger and more confident each week. I’m excited to continue improving with her guidance. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, supportive, and truly committed fitness coach.

Not one class in 16 classes did Archana have me as a solo student. she had a parallel call training another person always. Her mind was more focused on switching between calls. Often late, she did not come across as professional at all. Had I known I could have changed my teacher, I would have but I was clueless. We are never given compensation classes. But she said she was adjusting classes missed by people. Why on my time? Not one set did she count with me. Or keep track. I guess I should have argued and gotten my money back.

I’ve been working with Archana for a while now, and I can honestly say she’s transformed my approach to fitness. She combines strength training with yoga in such a seamless way that has helped me improve both my physical strength and flexibility. What really sets her apart is how she tailors every workout based on how I’m feeling that day, whether I’m feeling strong or a bit worn out. Archana has been a great fitness partner + trainer. She’s really knowledgeable, sharing details on which muscle each exercise is working. She balances a combination of strength training and rehab., she also checks in on diet and lifestyle to ensure wholistic health + fitness. She focuses on proper form and customizes my work-outs each week to reach my personal goals, helping me make consistent progress. She has been extremely receptive to feedback and makes modifications accordingly. It has been a great experience working with Archana, and I look forward to continuing our sessions together!
