I began my fitness journey in July this year, weighing 78 kg. Today, after five months, I’m at 70 kg , an 8 kg transformation that completely changed not just my body, but my understanding of health. This journey became possible because of my coach, Arko. During the first week of July, I met my friend who shared his own transformation story with Coach Arko. Listening to his experience gave me hope, and I decided to message Arko. That one message changed everything. For the first time in my life, I understood what proper nutrition really meant. I realised I had never been eating enough protein or the right balance of nutrients. Even though I had been doing intermittent fasting for almost five years, I never lost weight , not even a few grams. I always wondered why. Arko explained the science behind it , why my body wasn’t responding, where I was lacking, and how my metabolism needed support rather than restriction.
