Hopeless. Always late and didn’t seem to know much about exercise.

Ashish has been a wonderful coach. Easy to go with, understand your limitations and excellent with trimming the workout plan as per your need. After a month or two I started lifting weights that were impossible for me before. He made it look so easy and achievable. I highly recommend Ashish!

Being from Canada timing was my biggest concern but he is so flexible with that.
