I am writing this feedback not because I’m leaving Carl’s mentorship or just because I am done with my package. I am writing this because he deserves this appreciation for his dedication. Super Blessed to have Carl as my coach! I feel More stronger/ lean and moreover super confident in my own body and mind. Even he was there almost every day to have his own accountability to set an example to teach his mentees how to be accountable. He has taught not to give up in guilt of missing some days.. He has taught how to stand up after falling by an example. He knows how to tackle his mentees mind by setting an examples of himself. Maintaining healthy lifestyle is not 6 month or a year thing, it is for life.. and life is not going to be straight always, so one has to come up with mindset of not giving up.. he has been always motivating by not showing what I did miss in a day or two, but always showing positivity by saying what was positive in those missed days. His patience is commendable! And yeah DONT YOU DARE THINK YOU CAN GET RID OF ME SO SOON.. I AM STILL HERE TO ANNOY YOU AND STAYING WITH YOU !!
I’m incredibly grateful for my fitness coach Carl and the impact he had on both my physical and mental well-being. His consistent support, motivation, and belief in me pushed me to try to stay disciplined even on days when I doubted myself. He didn’t just focus on workouts, diet but also encouraged a strong mindset, balance, and self-confidence. His follow ups and consistent check finally helped me to consider my health as a priority item during the worst office schedule Thanks to their guidance, I’ve built healthier habits, greater mental resilience, and a renewed commitment to my overall well-being. I couldn’t have asked for a better coach. Thank you Carl for being here always ❤️
Carl is an amazing coach. He knows his craft really well & has brilliant insights on the challenges that his clients might be facing. Even at times that I wasn't fully vocal about my highs & lows, he had quite an intuitive understanding of my situation. I felt really supported & he helped me stay accountable throughout my journey. He is extremely reliable and never once made me feel guilty about anything. He has a very positive and realistic approach to fitness. During my very first conversation with him where we were setting my goals, he insisted that I cut down on my coffee intake to fix my sleep schedule and improve the quality of my rest. Following that one simple thing helped me control my fatigue. He managed to get me on regular protien intake and has helped me get on a sustainable balanced diet which has been very helpful in the sense that I no longer have energy crashes like I used to. Highly recommended coach from my end!
From day one, he has been extremely supportive and understanding. What I appreciate the most is that his guidance goes beyond just diet and training. Whenever I face tough situations—whether it’s office workload, travel, or personal commitments—he never pressures me. Instead, he adjusts the plan to fit my routine and motivates me to stay consistent without guilt. His approach is practical, flexible, and truly encouraging. Because of his support, I’m able to stay on track even during busy weeks. Really grateful for his patience, constant guidance, and positivity. Highly recommended!
