I would like to thank my coach Chandralekha who has been the reason for me to lose weight. She has been a really great coach and motivator. Her guidance, constant support, and motivation have truly made a huge difference in helping me stay on track and achieve my goals. She has been an incredible coachโ€”always patient, understanding, and encouraging. What I appreciate the most is how she makes the entire process feel manageable and sustainable rather than overwhelming. Her personalized approach, regular check-ins, and positive attitude have kept me motivated even on difficult days. Thanks to her dedication and belief in me, Iโ€™ve not only seen progress in my weight but also developed healthier habits and a better mindset towards fitness and nutrition. She is a great person and coach. With my postpartum weight I was lost. I was not feeling myself and feeling like shit after looking at the mirror. She comforted me and made it so easy for me to lose weight and gain confidence. I went on 2 vaccinations and still lost weight and she was not hard on it. Thatโ€™s her beauty. I was 75kg postpartum and now I am 67.5 kgs. DR is still there but reduced. I highly recommend her.

My goal when I started was to lose weight, but more importantly, to build a healthier lifestyle. Last year over the period of 8-9 months, Iโ€™ve lost 6 kg, but the biggest achievement for me has been gaining better control over my sleep, water intake, and especially learning how to manage portions for protein-rich foods. My journey hasnโ€™t been simple. I was struggling with structure in my life and found it hard to balance work and personal time. Chandralekha helped me find that balance and, more importantly, instilled discipline in me in a way that felt supportive rather than overwhelming. I had never been to a gym before and carried a lot of fear and hesitation. She guided me patiently and helped me overcome that fear, making the process feel approachable and safe. There were times when I couldn't follow the workout and diet plans and my sleep patterns were completely off, which affected my progress, but she was always motivating and encouraging. What truly stood out was her constant reminder that this journey isnโ€™t just about workouts or diet. Life will always throw surprises, and setbacks are normal. She helped me keep going without guilt or shame, and that mindset shift has been incredibly valuable to me. Iโ€™m truly grateful for her guidance, patience, and continued support as I move forward on this journey.

She is the best and easiest person to work with. Very very patient with me, exactly what I needed. Soft but firm while advising so you get the message right :) I absolutely love her plans worked best with my schedule and I got to it what is available for me and what I can accommodate everyday. The bestest part is she did not ask me to quit my oat latte ๐Ÿฅฐ Thank you so much mam. For all the support and encouragement see you soon once I am back from India.
