I joined Deepanshi’s online PT group sessions in June 2025 as part of a 12-week nutrition and fitness transformation plan. What stood out most was how effectively she blended strength training with yoga and mobility work. Despite having over 7 years of strength-training experience, I realized my flexibility and mobility were lacking, leading to knee pain and tight hip flexors. With Deepanshi’s guidance through yoga, dynamic, static, and isometric stretches, my knee pain has reduced significantly and my overall mobility has improved. After my group sessions ended, I enrolled in one-to-one coaching without hesitation. Even with challenging time-zone differences, she was incredibly accommodating and supportive. Deepanshi is knowledgeable, compassionate, and an excellent listener. She creates a safe, judgment-free environment, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for balanced and sustainable fitness💙

I loved the way she made me do the asanas. She is extremely positive which elevated the context of our yoga sessions. She kept pushing a little bit more every day and I definitely feel the difference for now. I would recommend her to anyone looking for yoga classes.

I joined her Yoga & Strength training sessions a month ago, and I see a lot of progress. She combines strength & yoga with breathing exercises now & then in a balanced way. My hips have started toning, side fat is reducing, and I’ve gained flexibility. Chronic pains like lower back, upper back, and leg pain have started to vanish. She’s enthusiastic, motivating, and keeps the entire hour engaging. I leave the session feeling good and more energized. Her commitment keeps me committed too,hope to keep this going strong!
