I enrolled for a 3 month plan with Deybb which included Strength training and nutrition. He is very disciplined and consistent which inturn inspires you to be so! I had not done strength training before, but he made me very comfortable and I started seeing the results soon. I have cut down 5kgs, more than that I feel stronger and confident. The nutrition approach could have been a little different, where you get different meal preps based on your protein and other needs. But he helped me stick to a routine and that helped me lose weight inspite of many wedding events blocking my way😅 Thanks to you Deybb. Had a very good experience with you and all the very best! I am happy client of Deybb and fitrr !I am enjoying my workout. it is not very intense but not easy also .he understands my capacity and potential both and pushes me only upto a limit and gradually increases the reps. He corrects my form whenever i go off for getting best results from the workout which i appreciate. I have not been so consistent in past with my workouts but this time i am committed and my coach is also committed and i am sure i will reach my target shape very soon !
