I found her through my husband’s recommendation, and choosing her as my coach has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. She never judges her students. Instead, she truly takes the time to understand their individual situations and always looks for alternative solutions that work best for them. She is an absolutely fantastic coach with deep knowledge of nutrition and health-related issues. She never recommends anything randomly — she carefully understands the body through blood reports and a complete overall diagnosis before guiding you. It’s been four months since I started with her. I began at 84 kg and have already lost 4 kg just by following the diet plan she created for me. I’m excited to continue working with her until I reach my goal.
I am a 42 yr old female who started my weight loss journey in December 2025 with Coach Dr. Harsha. With multiple health issues like, thyroid, rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, severe migraine, back issue and history of steven johnson syndrome it was never going to be easy. But I managed to lose 6.2kg weight and some inches in the very first month and with 1 week left for my 12 weeks package to end have lost 10.3Kg and decent inches which until now I thought was impossible for me to achieve. Of course I renewed immediately!! Earlier I used to feel very tired throughout the day. With a lot of health issues, I have always struggled being consistent and easily got demotivated. I also used to engage in emotional eating. But with Dr. Harsha's guidance, I found a ray of hope. She is always approachable, attentive, motivating. She always gives alternate solutions to any problem with which one cannot go wrong. She has a lot of patience and explains things thoroughly. Considering my health issues she customised the diet and workouts as per my body type. Even though I had setbacks like constant migraines regularly and an entire month without workout or regular walks due to cervical and lumber spasms.. I still managed the diet. And I could still manage to lose 3.5Kg in that month. Harsha was very supportive and advised me on all sorts of adjustments and care during that period. So, with all the challenges, reducing 10.3 kg and being consistent has been a big win for us. My goal is to continue my fitness journey slowly and steadily and reach my desired weight loss and have a healthy lifestyle under Harsha's guidance. I have been training with Dr Harsha for a month now. She has changed the way I look at fitness . I was not looking at recovery, was facing exhaustion, perimenopausal anxiety and weight gain. In a month there has been a significant weight and inch loss, improvement in recovery and we have just started! Thank you Dr Harsha for understanding the challenges of perimenopause and tailoring my fitness journey accordingly
