My Midway Transformation Story | Stronger Than My Struggles Start Weight: 69 kg Current Weight: 63.5 kg Time Taken: 9 months Total Weight Lost: 5.5 kg (but please don’t judge this by numbers—read the story) This is not just a weight-loss journey. This is a story of resilience, healing, and reclaiming self-belief. I began my journey in January 2025, deeply worried about my health, my weight, and the confidence I had slowly lost. Living in a Western country, managing a 14-hour high-stress work schedule, family responsibilities, and being in my 40s, change felt almost impossible. To make it harder, I was battling multiple medical conditions: • Thyroid disorder – extreme fatigue and low energy • Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) – painful flare-ups and joint stiffness • Severe anemia – dizziness and persistent low mood • Chronic constipation – affecting daily comfort and digestion There were days when even getting out of bed felt like a victory. Some nights, the only time I could work out was between 9:30–10:00 pm after exhausting workdays. Add frequent travel, health setbacks, and flare-ups—and consistency became my biggest challenge. Yet, I didn’t quit. Through every low phase, I had one constant pillar of support—my coach, Dr. Kashmi. She didn’t just give me workouts or a diet plan; she gave me belief when I had none left. Her guidance helped me adapt my routine around my health, my lifestyle, and even my worst days. More Than Before & After — Building Strong Habits for Life We are incredibly grateful for the guidance and support our 15-year-old daughter received from Dr Kashmi during her fitness journey. At the age of 60, with osteoarthritis, I never thought weight loss would be possible without pain, frustration, or extreme restrictions. I started my journey at 104 kg, and in just 3.5 months, I am down to 91 kg — a loss of 12 kg and 9.5 cm overall. What truly made the difference was Dr. Kashmi Sharma’s approach. She first took time to understand my food preferences and limitations, instead of forcing a rigid plan. The diet never felt like punishment or boredom. Every week, she fine-tuned my plan, which kept me motivated and consistent. Initially, it required trust — but within 3 weeks, when I started seeing visible changes, my belief in the process became stronger. Along with weight loss, I noticed a big improvement in my walking ability, something I had been struggling with due to osteoarthritis.
