Her knowledge about fitness and nutrition is excellent, and she explains everything in a simple and practical way. What truly stands out is her constant support—she always emphasizes that it’s not just about weekly calls, but that she’s available anytime for doubts or guidance. That makes a huge difference. She is very understanding, grounded, and genuinely motivating. From the days when I felt stuck and demotivated to the days when I started seeing real progress, you stood by me constantly — patiently guiding, encouraging, and never letting me give up on myself. I started my journey at 80.5 kg and have reached 75.5 kg, losing 5 kg in 10 weeks. Considering my hypothyroidism, this progress feels very encouraging and sustainable. My experience has been great—I’ve seen improvements in my energy, habits, and overall lifestyle. The plan was practical and easy to follow. Mandeep ma’am is very understanding yet clear about goals. She is like a friend and strong support system—always approachable, never angry, and always available to guide. Her suggestions are realistic and sustainable, which really helped me stay consistent. I would definitely recommend her to others. Overall, a very positive and motivating experience.
I took coaching with Mandeep Mam mainly to streamline my workouts, macros and nutrition during pregnancy. That was the main goal. She has been extremely patient from day one. She really listened to what I needed and kept adjusting the food plan based on how things were progressing. She also tailored the workout plan specifically for me. I’ve been doing strength training for a few years, so she incorporated movements that suited my background while keeping everything safe and appropriate for this phase. What stood out the most was how regularly she checked in. She kept following up to make sure I was doing okay, both with the workouts and with the nutrition. It never felt like a one-time plan and then you’re on your own. Overall, it has been a very supportive experience. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants proper guidance and support during their fitness journey specially in cases like that of pregnancy.
