Enrolling under Namrata ma'am is one of the best decisions of my life, thanks to my friend Akshita for referring her. The best thing I like about her is that she doesn't push you to follow diet and workout but motivates in such a way that without realising you join the right track. clears all doubts with proper explanation and patience. Her approach is sustainable and she educates you enough to lead a healthy life . I got control over my binge eating and have started conscious eating and loving myself even more. with a mid way transformation I'm happy to get my younger self back healthier and stronger full of energy and positivity, and credit goes to Ma'am 🤗.
I’m incredibly grateful for my fitness coach, Dr. Namrata Niwal , a highly skilled pain-specialist doctor, for guiding me through my perimenopause journey. During this stage, I struggled with back pain, insomnia,fluctuating energy levels, and many unexpected changes—but she understood every part of it She carefully adjusted my workouts, diet and focused on strengthening the right muscles, that gave me real relief. Because of her combined medical knowledge and fitness guidance, I feel stronger, healthier, and far more confident in my body, and am able to do my chores which I was unable to do in the past. It’s not just about losing weight but gaining strength and feeling energetic. Thank you doctor for your guidance, support and push. This journey has not ended for there is still more to learn from you. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a coach who truly cares and understands both health and healing.
Best coach ever !! she listen everything so patiently, And Try to solve and answer everything which i had doubt. she explains everything even multiple time when i dont get it. My journey till now in weight loss have been so smooth after following the plan and advice. My Energy level and stamina have increased drastcally. I feel so energefic throughout the day. My focus has also increased, and stress levels are decresed. Things that i felt after taking the diet and following the plan and schedule. 1. i feel more energetic in doing things. less tiredness more stamina in everyday work 2. Decipline and positive improvement related with procastination and taking less time in doing other hard activities hence there is improvement in concentration and motivation 3. No need of afternoop nap. via point 1. (increase of energy and no tiredness) 4. feeling of control of my health and hence decrease health related anxiety and more positive mood everyday.
I started working with Dr Namrata in the early part of this year. She became aware of my specific situation and before our first conversation , she went and researched the specific situation. As we spoke it became clear that she was giving my guidance keeping in mind this information and not giving me a standard template plan. As we continued our dialogue over the next few weeks, she listened very actively & was gentle but furm As I started following her guidance I started to see the improvements in metrics that I was so desperate to see.
