I started training with Coach Priya in July 2025 and here are the reasons I would recommend her: 1. She looks at your health in a holistic manner. For her, its just not about weight loss, it’s about strengthening your body and developing good eating and sleeping habits too. 2. She does not put you on a crazy crash diet. Moreover, she does not guilt shame you for eating out of the diet chart, once in a while. 3. She understands limitations of her clients in terms of busy work schedules, being a parent, night shifts. She puts realistic expectations in terms of training plan and motivates you to achieve them. 4. Most importantly, she is really prompt with feedback if you send her your training videos, and will work along with you to get the right technique for the particular exercise. I would definitely recommend her,as over the last eight months ,I have not only lost weight but have gained remarkable strength due to which I am able to lift my kids without suffering any back pain!
Priya is an absolutely fantastic coach! Her diet guidance and workout plans are spot on, easy to follow, and super effective. She’s incredibly motivating, always keeps me accountable, and pushes me to give my best. Her support has made a real difference in my progress, and I couldn’t have asked for a better Fittr coach! She is absolutely a genuine person and an amazing coach.

Process is important for a healthy lifestyle was the biggest takeaway for me. Priya was patient and designed the diet and training plan which was flexible for my needs, and that bought a positive lifestyle change in me. I had positive outcomes for my goals in 6 weeks, which is a success and more than that continuing the healthy lifestlye is a big plus, that I didnt think of when signing up.
