Very grateful to Dr Priyanka, I have been struggling with some tendon inflammation in the hip for over a year and been out of any strengthening routine. The sessions have been helping me get back in my routine. Even in an online setting she is able to focus on the form very well, is very knowledgeable about the movements and she automatically starts to focus on the weak points identified in the movements.

I was experiencing severe back and leg pain, along with weakness in my legs that made it difficult to walk for long distances. I also had intense sciatica symptoms. After two months of sessions with Dr. Priyanka, my back pain has almost completely gone. I can now walk long distances, feel much stronger in my legs, and my sciatica pain has been relieved to a great extent. I am now consistently practicing the exercises suggested by Dr. Priyanka at least 3–4 days a week. I highly recommend Dr. Priyanka, as she listens patiently to every concern and designs a personalized treatment program tailored specifically to the symptoms.

I had been having knee pain and mobility issues post an ACL surgery that happened few years ago. I took sessions from Dr. Priyanka and it has been really great. She did a thourough assessment, went through all the reports and gave the exercises accordingly. The stiffness reduced, I'm able to take stairs normally again and my overall confidence has greatly improved regarding my knee. Dr. Priyanka was very supportive, patient and understanding and training with her has really helped me a lot. Thank you!

I’ve been taking rehab and injury sessions from Dr Priyanka and the experience has been great. She is very professional, patient, and caring. I have been suffering from neck and back pain from quite a long time . Dr Priyanka first did a thorough assessment before tailoring exercises specially for me . Each session is well planned and really helps me feel better and move more easily. I’m seeing good improvement within 2 weeks into the session and truly appreciate her support and guidance.
