I had a really good experience working with Tanushree as my fitness coach. I followed her short term plan, and it worked really well for me. Her diet plan was simple, practical, and easy to stick to in my daily routine. In 6 weeks, I was able to reduce my weight from 70 kg to 64.5 kg, which was a great result for me. She was very supportive and kept me motivated throughout, without suggesting anything extreme or unrealistic. What I appreciated most is that she understands your lifestyle and creates a plan that actually works for you. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a sustainable and effective fitness journey.

Over the past three months, I’ve seen a noticeable improvement in my overall fitness and consistency. My strength and endurance have increased, and I feel more confident in my workouts. Before consulting you, I was actually under-eating and not fueling my body properly. Your guidance in setting the right calorie intake—while keeping my taste preferences in mind—has made it much easier for me to stay consistent and enjoy the process. I still feel there’s room to improve, especially in fat loss and fine-tuning my routine, but I’m happy with the progress so far. I started my fitness journey with Tanushree on Fittr almost 3 months back. Initially ,I had no specific fat loss/ weight loss goals.Just wanted to be a healthier version of mine. But ,now as I am getting coaching from Dr Tanushree,I am getting amazing fatloss results specially at the waist .I am feeling and looking much Fitter version of mine . And the best part is that Dr Tanushree is a genius who is helping me for fatloss very easily .My diet and exercise plans are tailor made as per my very busy schedule . And she is very positive , understanding and supportive.Highly accountable and feels more like a friend rather than just a Coach. As my husband was already getting coached under Fittr ,he has suggested me .And that has been my best investment on me so far. I have worked in past with other coaches too and got good results but I found Tanushree the Best . I highly recommend her to all fitness enthusiast.She constantly help you to be improve gradually without getting overwhelmed .Her program and traiing is highly sustainable yet highly effective when it comes to RESULTS.And no doubt ,when you see results you get even more motivated to do better . Three months ago, I started working with Dr. Tanushree with the goal of fat loss. At that time, I wasn’t in a great place physically or mentally. I had tried several fad diets and random workout plans, and they left me struggling with poor sleep, weakness, hair fall, low mood, and constant frustration. I genuinely felt that becoming fit and toned was a dream I might never achieve. But things have changed so much since then. Over these past three months, I’ve learned so much from her. The biggest shift for me was learning how to eat in a way that supports both a healthy body and a balanced mind. Surprisingly, I actually ate more while working with her, and it was such a relief to see that fat loss is possible without constantly restricting yourself. Slowly, my sleep started improving. I still have the occasional off days, but those are far fewer now. My mood feels more stable, my energy levels are better, and I feel stronger both physically and mentally. Another big change is how I approach workouts. Earlier, I would just wait for the workout to end. Now, I actually enjoy the workouts she has programmed for me. I train with more focus, enthusiasm, and purpose. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Tanushree to anyone who has been struggling with their health, fitness, or overall well-being. She has immense knowledge, and the confidence she has in her process naturally makes you feel confident in your own journey too. The journey so far has truly changed the way I look at fitness and health
