I owe it to Haider a lot for all the improvements I'm seeing. I still have a long way to go but there are a lot of improvements in general muscle gain and feeling energetic and more confident week by week. The main reason for this is the weekly accountability that he never misses and if there's any deviation motivates us to do better in the coming weeks and modify the diet and training plan accordingly. I had set a big goal for myself of completing hyrox with a good time and I can confidently say the training is going really well and I'll be able to achieve a good time that I have aimed with him. So I would recommend him to anyone thinking of enrolling with Haider.

I’ve been training with Haider for around 8 weeks now, and it’s honestly been a really great experience. He’s very involved and genuinely cares about how you’re progressing. The workouts are focused and effective, and he has a way of making you show up and keep moving forward without it ever feeling forced. He knows when to push you and when to adjust, which has helped me stay consistent and see real improvements. I started with Coach Haider in October 2025. I still remember the first call, where I explained my goals, food habits, craving for sweets and my long work schedule away from home which was a challenge for sticking with the diet plan. Haider provided a tailored diet plan which addressed all my challenges and he made it very simple for me to follow. He had shown the commitment to drive me to achieve the goals. He was there always to support in case of any queries any time. 12 weeks past quickly and I have lost 7 kgs, improved strength, gained confidence and learned to eat healthy. I’m continuing with Haider to reach my target weight and to improve my fitness levels.
