I have been training with you for the past 6 months, and honestly, this journey has been life-changing for me. Challenges I faced: Being a government employee with a 7 to 7 work schedule and having a 4-year-old child, managing time for myself was my biggest challenge. Staying consistent with workouts and following a proper diet always felt difficult and almost impossible before. How you helped me overcome them: You made everything simple. Your workout and diet plans were so well-structured and practical that I could follow them even with my busy routine. More than that, your constant motivation, regular guidance, and belief in me helped me stay consistent when I would have otherwise given up. What makes you different is that you don’t just behave like a coach, but also like a true friend. That comfort, understanding, and support made a huge difference in my journey. Overall experience: My overall experience has been outstanding. Because of your guidance and support, I stayed consistent and even participated in a competition where I won an iPhone 17 Air. That moment was very special for me, and a big part of the credit goes to you. And the best part is, the journey is not over yet. I still have a few more weeks with you, and I’m confident that even better results are coming ahead under your guidance. I am truly grateful for everything you have done for me. I would like to sincerely thank Coach Harsh for his guidance and support throughout this journey. Initially, I struggled with consistency, proper diet planning, and understanding how to balance workouts with my daily routine. Staying motivated over a long period was also a major challenge. Harsh provided clear, practical, and easy-to-follow guidance at every step. His diet plans were realistic and sustainable, and his workout suggestions were perfectly aligned with my goals. What really stood out was his constant motivation, regular follow-ups, and willingness to address every query in detail. He ensured I stayed disciplined and focused throughout. Well as coach Harshal biography says if you have followed everything and still got no results then this is the right place to come, we will say it's true. I was stuck at 79 Kgs despite following Diet and consistent Workout and my husband was also doing the same but was not able to see any change from past 6 months. Harshal plan is easy to follow and there is no boring stuff as he gives replacement for all the things so u can experiment with your diet. Its only been 4 months but we can already see the difference in our lifestyle, physique and discipline. He helped us break our old habits with constant guidance and support. Now my weight is 74 kgs and we both have gained strength as we break our PRs every other week. Lifting heavy and doing Workout for 1-1.5 hours is OUR Happy place. Starting a "couple transformation" sounded great in theory, but the reality was much tougher. Our biggest hurdle was misaligned schedules and varying fitness levels. We often struggled to stay motivated at the same time; when one of us was ready to train, the other was exhausted. With 2 kids and our individual careers and house work, it was very difficult to be mentally prepared for diet and regular exercise. Beyond the physical, our relationship with food was a major roadblock. We were used to social eating and "rewarding" ourselves with heavy meals, which made sticking to a deficit feel isolating at first. We lacked the structure to meal prep effectively for two different sets of diet plans without spending the entire day in the kitchen. Coach Harshal tailored our programs so we could train together while still hitting our individual goal. We are looking forward for our best version with him in the following weeks
