I’ve been training with Jasmit, and the difference she’s made in my life is incredible. Sleep used to be a big issue for me, and with her guidance it’s finally back on track. My eating habits were all over the place and I was stuck in a cycle of non-sustainable diets that left me tired all the time — that’s completely changed now. Going to the gym has become something I genuinely can’t miss, and it feels amazing to be there. She’s not just a coach; she’s a friend and a true motivator. I love that she never fixates on weight — she constantly reminds us that it’s just a number, and what really matters is our energy, our confidence, and how good we feel. She’s incredibly approachable and always ready to talk or reply whenever we need her. Truly grateful for her support and the positive impact she’s had on my fitness journey. Highly recommended!
