I have been training with Kailash for almost three months, and during this time I have been lifting weights like never before. He has helped me shift my mindset away from relying solely on the weighing scale to measure progress, which has been incredibly important for me. Kailash is a quiet strength in what can often feel like an overwhelming, crowded gym environment, especially for someone who struggles with anxiety. With his guidance, my form and posture have improved significantly, and I am consistently pushing my boundaries in a safe and sustainable way. He is patient, understanding, and flexible with timings, and his ability to hold me accountable without ever being overbearing or unkind has made a huge difference. His support has helped me build strength, improve mobility, and most importantly, enjoy the process. Thanks to Kailash, I am now genuinely looking forward to gaining strength and improving my fitness without being overly stressed about scale-based weight loss.
Kailash has been incredibly professional, motivating, and super supportive throughout my training sessions. I have some limitations when it comes to certain workouts, and he was great at working around those. What I really appreciated was how creative he got—finding ways to make the most of my home gym setup and even suggesting workouts using everyday stuff around the house. He takes the time to observe where my strengths and weaknesses are and adjusts the workouts accordingly. I have seen solid improvement in my stamina, core, and upper body strength since starting. Overall, It has been a great experience, and honestly, he’s the best trainer I’ve worked with!
I’ve been training with Kailash for several months now, and I am happy about the results and the experience overall. During the break in-between sets he makes sure to strike engaging conversations and also asses how exhausting it is for me . What I appreciate most is the positive attitude and genuine commitment to helping me succeed—not just in the gym, but in building healthier habits overall. Thanks to his guidance, I’ve seen improvements in my strength and energy levels. It’s a constant struggle to keep fitness in focus with work and taking care of young kids, working out with Kailash has definitely improved the time I spend on myself every week. If you’re looking for a personal trainer who is professional, passionate, and truly invested in your success, I highly recommend Kailash. Initially I was intimidated with him being a body builder, but he truly understands everyone’s limitations and goals and keeps us accountable. The only problem is getting an available slot to work out with him as all his clients stick to having in for long term as we do see the change with him as our coach :)
I had never been to a gym for strength or resistance training before starting my one-on-one sessions with Mr. Kailash. When I began, I had many inhibitions and doubts about the journey ahead. Kailash was very patient from day one. He took the time to understand my capabilities, limitations, and strengths, then created a personalized plan that suited my needs. It's been almost nine months since I started training with Kailash, and I can clearly see the improvement in my strength and stamina. My energy levels and endurance have significantly increased. His technique of gradually increasing weights based on my limitations has been crucial in keeping me motivated. I have to admit, I might have given up if it weren’t for this approach. He never pushes too hard, yet he never gives up on helping me reach my goals. On days when my energy is low, he adjusts the plan accordingly. Even through video chat, he has an impressive ability to understand body dynamics and movements, offering real-time corrections and improvements. If it weren’t for Kailash, I might have abandoned this journey already. Kailash is incredibly punctual, never takes a break, and is always focused on making an impact.
