Truly a great experience working with Kapil. The weekly calls and daily check-ins really helped me stay on track with my steps, diet, and exercise routine. I had an amazing experience with kapil sir . The diet plan was very practical, easy to follow, and perfectly customized according to my body type, lifestyle, and goals.
