I truly can’t recommend Kapil enough as a fitness trainer. Before working with him, I believed that going to the gym meant endless punishment, restrictive dieting, and giving up all the foods I love. Kapil completely changed that mindset for me. Instead of pushing extreme workouts or unrealistic diets, he taught me that fitness is about balance, consistency, and actually enjoying the process. Kapil helped me understand that losing weight isn’t about starving yourself or following the strictest meal plan—it’s about building healthy habits, making smarter choices, and still enjoying your favorite foods in moderation. His guidance, patience, and positive approach made me look forward to training instead of dreading it. Thanks to Kapil, I feel stronger, healthier, and much more confident—not just physically, but mentally too. He didn’t just help me lose weight; he changed my entire relationship with fitness and food, and for that, I’ll always be grateful.

For the longest time, these programs were a cycle of “start tomorrow,” extreme diets, and then falling off track. What Kapil changed was not just our routine — he changed our mindset. What truly sets Kapil apart is his relentless accountability. Not the kind that pressures you, but the kind that quietly keeps you consistent. There were days we were tired, busy, sleep-deprived, or simply unmotivated — and yet, we(me and my wife)showed up. At no point did we feel like we were starving or surviving on unrealistic diets. His plans were practical, sustainable, and built around real life — work stress, parenting, travel, and everything in between. It never felt like a “diet”. The results followed naturally: * Improved HbA1c * Sustainable weight loss * Better energy, confidence, and control over health Grateful for the structure, the nudges, availability, the check-ins, and the constant belief that progress doesn’t need to be perfect to be real. I joined Fittr just cz of Kapil as I was highly influenced by his knowledgable posts on X. Under his guidance, he helped me improve my fitness and overall strength without forcing strict diets or eliminating normal food or without any crash diet plan. Everything was explained clearly, which made it easy to trust the process and stay consistent. He was always patient with doubts and shared small, effective hacks that really helped in following the routine. Overall, very knowledgeable, supportive, and result-oriented coach. Highly recommended.

Kapil has been my coach for the past 3 months and I have already lost 5 kgs — and that’s just halfway! He checks in daily on diet and exercise, keeps me motivated even when life with a baby gets unpredictable, and is always available despite the India–USA time difference.
