Two specific incidents highlight this: Incident 1: At 2.5 months, I was worried because the scale wasn’t moving fast. Kishor explained how the body works regarding water retention and weight. He shifted my focus to measurements; in 3 months, I had dropped nearly 2 inches from my waist without noticing. This changed my perception of how the body transforms even when weight stays the same. Kishore is a professional & along with that he is a humble down to earth person. He understood your needs & cater you accordingly. He is strict yet polite & this is a great quality. Kishor is a fantastic professional coach—down to earth and truly dedicated. He explained the logic behind achieving a shredded body in the simplest way. He customized my diet chart based on my convenience and designed a workout plan that suited me perfectly. Even when I fell sick twice, he kept me motivated and made sure I stayed on track.
