I want to genuinely thank Manan for completely changing the way I understand my health and fitness. I’ve worked with multiple dietitians before. Most of them introduced new types of food or complicated diet structures. But when I started working with Manan, he took me back to the basics — the food I’ve been eating my whole life. With just a few intelligent tweaks to balance protein, fiber, and micronutrients, everything started making sense. He didn’t restrict me unrealistically. I clearly told him I’m a working professional and I need my tea and coffee — instead of removing it, he taught me how to manage it within limits and still stay on track. That balance changed everything for me. What makes him different is that he doesn’t just train you — he teaches you. He explains the science behind what’s happening in your body. Because of that, I’m not just losing weight or toning up — I’m actually understanding my body. My relationship with food has improved. My strength training is improving every day. My fitness journey now feels enjoyable instead of stressful or full of anxiety. I love experimenting, learning, and seeing progress. With the way he’s guiding me through PT, I genuinely feel that even if I walk into a gym alone in the future, I’ll know exactly what to do and why. Training with Manan over the past 2 months has been an excellent experience. His expertise in exercise science, focus on proper form, and ability to adjust workouts based on my sleep, energy, and overall condition make every session both safe and effective. He also provides a diet plan tailored to my preferences and routine, which has been easy to follow. Overall, his knowledge, attention, and accountability have had a very positive impact on my fitness journey.
Manan is an amazing coach and it has been a wonderful experience of training with him. I got to learn a lot around the importance of diet and various elements in it. His guidance on medical issues was also amazing like blood pressure, cholesterol and thyroid. He is always on time even with the timing of 6AM.
