I have been working out with Manish for past one month. He has been a very good trainer. He listens to client’s needs. He starts classes on time. He gives notice in advance for any missed class. Strongly recommend him as PT.

I have been working out with Manish for past one month. He is a patient and learned trainer. I have had a disc injury in lower back in the past and hence placed lot of restrictions on my movements. Manish helped me get rid of most of these restrictions. He understood my goal and increased the strength training intensity progressively. I can see great improvement in my bending ability, squats and lifting dumbells. Manish has helped me regain confidence that I am fully recovered from my past injury and that I can do all types of excercise given the right posture.

I have been working out under Manish’s guidance for four months now and I’m happy with how I’m progressing. I have never done strength and resistance exercises before but Manish is very good with working around your level of strength and endurance. He always tailors the exercises to what’s needed and also explains in detail how each exercise is working on which part of our body. The moments when you feel you can’t push yourself anymore, he will motivate you to not give up and keep going. He also recommends setting sustainable goal like increasing your strength level rather than trying to focus only on weight loss which at times might demotivate you if the scale isn’t acting the way you want it to. Im happier with myself now as I’m working out regularly, the weight loss will surely follow. The days I workout I feel happier with myself, it gives me positivity. I have lost 4 inches on my waist so far and I’m continuing my training with Manish for as long it takes me to become fit and disciplined. Thank you Manish.
