Looking back at my fitness journey, my 3-month program with manoranjan mishra sir from May to August 2019 was a total game-changer. I lost 9kg and reached a level of strength and confidence I didn’t think was possible. He was exceptionally kind throughout the process. On the days I felt off-track or unmotivated, his counseling and encouragement were what kept me going. He focuses on the person, not just the program. I've been trying to reduce weight on my own and results weren't great. My cousin recommended coach Manoranjan and that's how I chose him. It's been 3.5 months now since he is been coaching me and I must say that I regret everyday about why did I not join this program earlier. I've learnt a lot about food fitness etc in this journey which is really helping me not only for weight loss but overall being healthy and fit. He is very patient, understanding and always available for anything. He will adjust food as per our requirement meeting calories needs etc., I'll highly recommend coach Manoranjan for a healthy fit life. Also even If you don't really have to reduce or gain weight etc., I'll still recommend having this coach for a few days in your life as it will help you understand about foods, nutrition etc etc which will shape your life moving forward.
I’ve been training for a long time and thought I had a solid grasp on workouts and nutrition, but being coached by Coach Manoranjan has honestly been a game changer. I’ve learnt so much more than I expected, not just about training techniques and dieting, but about overall fitness, mindset, and how everything connects both inside and outside the gym. I was genuinely surprised by how much more I was capable of once things were structured properly, and that alone has pushed my progress to another level. What really sets Manoranjan apart is how well he understands the human side of the process. He’s incredibly empathetic during the low phases, knows exactly how to motivate without pressure, and has taught me practical mindfulness techniques that have helped with consistency and focus. He’s also very flexible and always structures the plan around what’s actually going on in my life, which makes it sustainable rather than overwhelming. The progress I’ve made has been significant, but more importantly, I feel confident, educated, and in control of my fitness journey now. Couldn’t recommend Manoranjan enough if you’re serious about long term results and real coaching.
