We signed up for a partner transformation plan with Coach Mayank at the start of the year, and it's been a great experience! Our goal was to build discipline and sustainably lose some fat β and weβre happy to say weβve each lost over 5 kilos in 3 months. Mayank was super supportive throughout. He tailored workouts based on our current body condition (like backaches), which really helped us stay consistent without injury or strain. The diet plan was also very manageable β pretty close to what we were already eating, just with more awareness around portions and choices. He was always quick to respond to questions, and struck the right balance of being available without being pushy. Big thanks to Mayank for helping us start the year right!
