I joined FITTR under Medha after my postpartum phase and managed to lose almost 10kgs in a healthy and sustainable way. I had an amazing experience working with Medha mam as my coach over 6 months, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the results. I started this journey at 75 kg and today I’m at 64 kg, but more than the weight loss, it’s the lifestyle change that truly stands out. From day one, she took the time to really understand my existing diet, lifestyle, and exercise preferences before suggesting any changes. I was coming from a very unhealthy diet and a sedentary lifestyle with minimal activity, and she helped me understand the core principles of diet and exercise in such a simple and practical way. This journey helped me understand that eating nutritious food isn’t a diet—it’s a lifestyle change, and one that anyone can realistically sustain.
