Training with Nawed has been much more than just a fitness journey for me. He is a genuinely kind, caring, and good human being — someone who makes you feel supported not just physically, but mentally as well. From day one, he has treated me like a friend, not just a client, and that makes all the difference. What I truly appreciate is how well he understands people. He reads your mood, your energy, and your potential instinctively, and knows exactly when to push you and when to ease off — without ever making you feel judged or pressured. His positivity is contagious. He’s always approachable, friendly, and encouraging, and that creates a safe, motivating space to show up and give your best. Nawed leads by example. He doesn’t just talk about discipline and effort — he lives it. Seeing him put in the work himself, sharing his runs and progress, constantly reminds me that he’s walking the same path alongside me. And what stays with me the most are his words: “Your battle is with you, and we will face this together.” That simple reassurance makes tough days feel lighter. You never feel alone in this journey. If I had one small wish, it would be for him to experiment a little more with different workout styles — but honestly, that’s a very minor thought compared to the energy, commitment, and heart he brings into every session. More than anything, Nawed is someone you want around you — someone who lifts you up, believes in you, and genuinely cares. I’m grateful to be training with him, and even more grateful to know him as a person.

I’ve been training with Nawed for the past 2–3 months, and the experience has been very positive. His approach to strength training is structured, focused, and tailored to my abilities and goals. He pays close attention to form and technique, which has helped me build strength safely and with confidence. I’ve noticed clear improvements in my overall strength, endurance, and consistency. He is motivating, disciplined, and supportive, which keeps me accountable and engaged in every session and even otherwise. I’m look forward to continuing my training journey under his guidance.

Nawed is an incredible strength trainer. He’s easy-going, supportive, and genuinely pays attention to your body moves. He adapts every session to suit your style and comfort, which makes training feel safe, personalised, and effective. I’ve gained so much strength and confidence since working with him. "I've been a part of FITTR for a few years, but my medical condition, Dilated Cardiomyopathy, had limited my ability to engage in vigorous training.
