Hi Fitter Team It's me, Kamala Gopinath, joined in Fitter, three months back. Now my session got over. Here, I would like to say few words about my coach Mr. Nishant. Nishant is an excellent coach. His guidance is clear, focused, and extremely effective. What truly sets him apart is how motivational he is—he inspires everyone to give their best and stay consistent without any sense of laziness or discouragement. His dedication towards guiding and supporting his mentees is truly amazing. He pays attention to individual progress, encourages discipline, and ensures that everyone follows the right approach to achieve their goals. Under his guidance, we naturally feel motivated to stay committed and improve continuously. There is much more I could say about his passion and commitment, but overall, Nishant is a highly dedicated, motivating, and dependable coach who genuinely cares about the success and well-being of his mentees.
Me and my husband are being trained under the guidance of Nishant. It's been over a month now and our experience with him is great. he is not just a fitness coach but truly a mentor. he is very patient and knowledgeable. we did miss some of the days but he tries to understand the reason and motivate us to come back stronger. His plans are totally customised where you don't need to compromise anything and yet you see the results. he won't just focus on the scale but the overall health. he encourages us to build up strength and become stronger than just loosing weight. we are looking forward to achieve our fitness goals under his guidance this year. Can't recommend him enough to anyone who wants to do the lifestyle change and become fittr version of themselves.
Before meeting Nishant, fitness felt like a trade-off—I believed it would come at the cost of the things I enjoyed and valued in life. Over the past year, Nishant bhai has been an exceptional mentor who helped completely shift that mindset. From our very first call, he focused on why I was starting and the real hurdles holding me back. Whenever those challenges resurfaced, he consistently brought me back to my purpose—especially when I had momentarily forgotten it myself. For the first time in my life, I genuinely enjoy fitness, and it no longer competes with my work, studies, or personal life. Despite a hectic schedule, I lost 6 kg over 12 months—something I never thought was possible. More importantly, Nishant helped me rewire how I think about progress. Missing a workout or eating out no longer feels like failure. There’s no guilt spiral—just a quick reset and back on track. Fitness is no longer something I do only under perfect conditions or only in the gym; it’s a way of living now. No gym? Push-ups and squats at home. Not 10k steps? 8k still counts. Eating out? Be mindful, not restrictive. 2025 was a fantastic year training with Nishant—and I’ll definitely be back.
I had a great experience with Dietician Nishant Shah. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and supportive throughout the entire journey. The diet plan was practical, easy to follow, and tailored to my lifestyle. Nishant sir truly listens to your concerns and motivates you to stay consistent.
