Payal has been amongst the most diligent trainers that i have had. Her follow up ensures that one sticks to the plans as given by her. I saw a major change, after having dropped my weight fm 89 kgs to 84 kg in a matter of 12 weeks. I'm very lucky to have you as a coach.. earlier I was trying very hard to get in shape with lots of exercise and walk but there was no outcome and I almost lost the faith that I will be again in shape after my second C-section,then I scrolled in the FITTR app for the coach who can help me with my problem and thes I found PAYAL for this... weight loss might be slow but I am happy with the fat loss and before my plan ends I have enrolled myself again with her..she is a person who is having faith in me and she is trying very hard to get my goal achieved. I had previous enrollments with fittr with other coaches and fittr has never disappointed me in any way. This time I wanted to just go for the diet plan to keep the accountability, so I chose Payal. She has been really very supportive and motivating, I have renewed my package with her to achieve the goal I m looking for.
