Prashant is highly professional, very knowledgeable and his coaching style is best. I would highly recommend him as coach. Post moving outside India, due to work , stress and busy schedules, I was not fully focused on my fitness journey. Prashant has helped me realise my true potential to be healthier and fitter in true sense. And I could keep my blood markers and HB1Ac all in controlled range only because of consistent push and motivation provided by Prashant. He is the first fitness coach who introduced me to ‘Body Recomposition’ , ‘Calories Deficit’ and many more scientific approaches to achieve my goals. He always had provided best-in-class solutions and answers for all my queries for me to understand my body better. Beyond just fitness coaching and accountability management, He has extended his support for my stress management. This has been truly game changer.

I have worked with a few Fittr coaches in the past, but never really matched the vibe. With Prashant, it was different, right from the very first consultation call, he felt more like a friend than just a coach. And honestly, within just a few days I started noticing changes, not only in my body but also in my habits and lifestyle. My sleep improved, my water intake is now consistent, and we worked together to set a proper routine that actually fits into my life. One of the best parts about working with Prashant is his availability, he’s always just a call or message away, and he replies immediately whenever I have doubts. Every day, he checks my diet and workout adherence, and ensures that I stay on track. It’s not just about giving me a plan; he makes I know the whys behind his plans. Our weekly calls are long and detailed, we don’t just talk about training and nutrition, but also about stress, mental health, and even emotional issues. Prashant also pushes me to change my mindset, especially towards food choices and overall fitness. He makes me realize that fitness isn’t just about exercise, it’s about building habits and a lifestyle. Overall, I’m really happy with his coaching.
