I completed 6 months with Pratima mam.. I enjoyed every bit of it. I would wait for our regular calls to have her motivation, suggestions and tricks to make this journey a pleasant and easy.. it never felt hard. She would make alternate suggestions with food and I found her very accommodating to my needs. I lost 10kgs in menopause. I got rid of my knee pain. I would have difficulty climbing stairs due to being overweight but with her encouraging videos and regular post suggestions I got rid of my knee pain and now can easily climb stairs. I can easily say that she has now equipped me with tricks and tools to make this a lifestyle journey and I am very grateful to her to her and Fittr team. 🙏🙏🙏

Im glad I chose Pratima Trivedi Mam. Just the right amount of firm and lenient. Understanding bad days and keeping me motivated and switching between diets to keep hunger pangs away, its a joy learning and transforming with her. The continuous monitoring and motivation is what is keeping me on my toes. Change is slow and steady and I hope to keep the weight away after I reach my goals.
