Priyanka is a great trainer, she has been helpful in keeping me consistent over the past few months. She listens to my requests and adjusts accordingly. She corrects form and listens to my training goals. Highly recommend if you want a knowledgeable and friendly trainer.

I have been training with Priyanka for over 4 months and this is the longest I have been able to stick to a training program. She is very knowledgeable, understanding of any constraints, knows how to teach beginners and tailors the work out so that I am challenged but not overwhelmed. I have more strength and better posture now, thanks to her. She is very motivating and observant and I look forward to our sessions.
