A big thank you to my supercool mentor, Ruchi 🤍 8 months postpartum, 2 C-sections, a 4-year-old and an infant, no support, constant travel, and endless family functions… and despite all this, with Ruchi's guidance and my effort, I lost 9 kgs in 12 weeks. More than a coach, she’s been a guide, a patient listener, and often that elder sister who just gets it. She helped me build sustainable, healthy habits while navigating real life. Her empathy, practical advice, and simple solutions made all the difference. She reminded me that for moms, it’s never “all or none” — just show up in whatever way you can. Coach Ruchi was a gamechanger for me . I was always inspired by her determination towards me. She is such a exceptional coach . I was following her Instagram since a year. I was completely heart- broken but by her guidance I regained my self - confidence regarding weight loss and healthy eating habits. Her one push is enough for me. I have enrolled under her for three months. I have seen a lot of changes within me. I lost 4 kgs uptill now my tummy has reduced from 87 kgs to 83.2 now. I will continue my weight loss journey for another few months under her guidance. Thank you so , much for all the efforts u have put upon me.

I initially decided to enroll with Coach Ruchi after seeing a post she made about chai—specifically, that having 4 cups a day is perfectly fine during weight loss as long as it fits your macros! As a foodie who simply cannot go without my daily tea, that post was a game-changer. It proved to me that she truly understands the real-life struggles of foodies and chai lovers on a fitness journey. Ruchi is absolutely amazing and incredibly friendly to talk to. She takes the time to listen to her clients' needs and promptly addresses any issues. One of the best things about working with her is her patience; she will happily adjust your diet chart as many times as needed until you are completely satisfied with it. Rather than pushing for restrictive, unsustainable fixes, she encourages consistency. She teaches you to focus on the journey, actually enjoy the process, and build a healthy, sustainable relationship with food. I started my journey with her 5 months ago, and while I’m not at my final goal yet, I am so much more focused than when I began. Thanks to her guidance, I am completely confident I will get there. Ruchi is a true inspiration, and there is so much to learn from her! Highly recommend!
