I am 42 year old male trying to be my best version of. I tried multiple coaches in past, stopped, resumed. After a break, I resumed my journey with Shabnam, so far it’s amazing. She is ensures, I am on correct path, gives alternative in case of problems. She follows up regularly, which I really like and keeps me motivated. I am sure, I will be in my best shape soon.

Hi, I am a 27 year old, I was trying to gain muscle and working with Shabnam it seemed doable even with 100 other things in the background. she is someone who will give alternatives, check up regularly, keep everything under your control and also make you feel positive about the whole journey. She took time to understand what do I like and add that to my diet, so it was easy to stick to it. I am a petite girl so even with my workout plan, she adjusted to my vision and understood it so well. I have seen good results ! And definitely I understand nutrition and training much better now

I am 44 years old with thyroid issues and have been trying to loose weight for very long time I was struggling with stubborn weight but nothing worked until I joined fittr with Shabnam as my coach . I lost 6 kgs and have been feeling very energetic and healthy because of the diet and exercise given by my coach shabnam . I am really happy with the progress I have made so far under her guidance I regained the hope to loose weight looking to forward to work more thank you
