Shashank is one of the best coach out there. My struggle was keeping the weight off that I lost with other coach and be mindful of my long term habits without feeling guilt about small things. His coaching style is very gentle and powerful. I am in a much better place to achieve my long term goals both physically and mentally. His knowledge about diet and exercise is great but his skills in understanding mind body is what makes things simple. I don’t think I have to find any other coach ever. I am humbled and grateful to meet such a wonderful human being.
