Shilpa is very supportive for 3months. After delivery I have trouble to sit on floor for months but after trained with shilpa I was able to sit.
On my 40 th I decided to enroll myself under Shilpa and looking back I feel that this is the best decision that I made, one of the best gifts I’ve given myself. After trying all sustainable diets, I felt I hit rock bottom with nothing working out. Shilpa, changed my entire view regarding diet and exercises. She is exactly what I was looking for. Not pushing you TOO much, gives you your space and yet makes sure that you follow her instructions. The way she explains food and exercises is the best thing about her. There are days were I have indulged in food, though being under diet, gotten back and lost more weight. I have lost over 8+ kgs in my 12 week package and still continuing under her, since I need to lose more. This, to me is just amazing because every time, I have lost inches, but have seen absolutely no change on the weighing scale. Considering this issue I’ve been facing all through, this is a big deal to me!!! I very much appreciate the relationship that we share and making this journey a beautiful one!!!
