I have been training with Shinaz for 4 weeks now and my results already are outstanding. Her diet and workout plans, motivation and regular follow ups have truly made a difference. With consistency, I have been able to lose almost 4kgs in a month along with 3inch loss in my waist and about 1.5 inch loss around my hips. Shinaz is very supportive and encouraging, and is extremely patient with my doubts and queries. I will most likely be signing up with her again. Highly recommended!

Shinaz takes a very thoughtful and professional approach to her work. Before creating my meal plan, she first made sure I got my body checked and understood my overall health and nutritional needs. She took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently, which helped me build a strong foundation. After that, she curated meals that were perfectly suited to me practical, healthy, and easy to follow. She is very supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her clients’ progress.
