I’ve been doing work-out sessions for at least a month and a half, and I really enjoy them. I feel the classes are well paced, enough that I am pushing my limits but not so much that I feel overly spent or exhausted. I like your teaching style, and how much you can accommodate whenever I’m feeling strained or have a particular preference for the day.
