I have been a member of this amazing fitness platform for quite some time now. During this journey, I had to take a break due to my pregnancy. During that period, I gained quite a few extra kilos and also started facing some health issues, such as pre-diabetes and hypertension. Determined to take charge of my health again, I decided to rejoin Fittr. It’s been a few weeks since I restarted my fitness journey, and I’m incredibly grateful to be doing this under the guidance and supervision of my amazing coach, Smita. From day one, she has been extremely supportive and encouraging. She has ensured that the journey never feels overwhelming and constantly motivates me to stay focused and committed. Even when things seem to go a little off track, she always reassures me with her witty and positive attitude — reminding me that it’s okay, and encouraging me to simply get back on track. I’m really glad I decided to start this journey again. With Smita’s constant support and guidance, I feel motivated to stay consistent and work towards becoming healthier and stronger.
My transformation challenge is going really well, and I’m already seeing visible results in just three weeks! Smita’s curated plan has worked wonders for me. As a corporate professional staying in a PG, her diet strategy is extremely practical, efficient, and easy to follow—perfectly tailored to my lifestyle. Everything feels very manageable, which keeps me motivated to stay consistent. Thank you so much, Smita! Many more milestones to achieve ahead—excited to keep hustling together on this journey! 💪✨

I’ve had a great experience working with my coach, Smita Bhatnagar. She’s helped me so much with nutrition and guided me into a calorie deficit slowly and sustainably, I honestly didn’t even realize I was under-eating before. She’s also been amazing modifying workouts based on my needs and life circumstances. What I really appreciate is how flexible and supportive she is. If I’m traveling or have events coming up, she’ll adjust my plan so I can still stay on track without stressing out. And she’s been very patient with me on the weeks I’ve fallen off the wagon, no guilt, just encouragement and a clear plan to get back into it. Getting fit and losing fat is definitely a slow process ( way slower than I first thought) and she’s there consistently without judgement . I’m finally starting to see results and I feel stronger, more confident, and more consistent. Highly recommend!
