Sourabh is my coach for last 3 months. under his guidance, I am able to trim my body and gained a lot of strength. His is an excellent coach.
it's been a great 3 months with my coach Sourabh. I have lost around 6 kgs. My energy levels are up and my cravings between meals have reduced significantly. My sleep quality has improved and I don't have mid day energy crashes anymore. Sourabh supported me throughout my journey and is the main reason for my consistency.
It’s been a fantastic 3 month( renewed for another 6). Lost 10kg , 10% body fat, inches and all. But what is important is this: 1. I started with a clear Goal which I told Sourabh (my Coach), that I am not looking for aesthetics, but improvement in quality of life. There is enough evidence and more that muscle & lower visceral fat has direct benefit on the energy and quality.(But soon you realise, aesthetics is a happy side effect) 2. 3 simple things to track ( Sleep, Nutrition, Workout) everyday would dramatically change your life. ( change for good if I am not clear!) 3. I understood managing nutrition when I am not in control ( like restaurants, travel, unavoidable social situations etc). 4. The discomfort of accountability is now almost gratifying when I report daily that I’ve hit all my targets and mind you there are days I miss, but that annoyance is now a motivation to not miss it again. Technically after 3 months, you maybe able to do it all without a coach, but unlikely the Coach and Fittr will tolerate you feeling that money you spent wasn’t worth it.
I’ve been training with Sourabh for the past five months, and he’s consistently encouraged me to prioritize my health in a practical, sustainable way. Rather than recommending expensive or restrictive diets, he’s helped me build healthier habits around my everyday meals. With his guidance, I’ve learned the importance of being in a calorie deficit, staying active, getting enough sleep, and keeping hydrated. Sourabh always emphasizes that real progress comes from mastering the basics and making lasting lifestyle changes, not just chasing quick weight loss. I’m genuinely happy to have him as my coach-I can see gradual, healthy improvements in my muscle mass and weight, something I struggled to achieve on my own for a year before his mentorship
