Stanzi is an exceptional trainer. Her expert knowledge ensures every workout is safe and highly effective. She is incredibly motivational and supportive, tailoring sessions perfectly to my goals. Stanzin is a really sincere, professional and experienced fitness trainer who tailors and paces the fitness programme to both my husband's and my needs as we do the class jointly. Her sessions have a lot of variety as we are progressively working on different muscles and joints. We are already seeing great improvements in our stamina and flexibility after only two months of training with her. We look forward to continuing her fitness coaching for the long term. We highly recommend training with Stanzin!

I have been training with Stanzin for about 5 weeks now. She is very disciplined and always shows up on time. She brings variety to work outs keeping in mind overall goal of the client, their energy level and takes time to explain the roadmap. She is also very attentive and regularly suggests form correction during training wherever required. There is an overall positivity in every session. She is highly professional. I have trained with multiple PTs on Fittr and found her to be the best so far. Looking forward to long term association.

I started training with Stanzin a month back .. She is amazing and is disciplined when it comes to training . I have never taken a trainer before but she changed my perception towards exercising specially for strength training . I have been feeling so much better … so much energy through out the day . She understands and listens to what am going through and accordingly plans the routines . I am an amateur who hated exercising but it’s been a game changer . I am looking forward to working out with her and getting stronger than ever. Thanks Coach .
