I have been training with Syed for some time now. I was in excellent shape, but during a period when I stopped working out, I suddenly developed sciatica in my right leg. The pain was severe—I couldn’t sit or stand and was confined to lying down, with significant loss of strength in my right leg where the nerve was affected. I took oral steroids to manage the pain, and doctors in the U.S. suggested either steroid injections or surgery. I also underwent physiotherapy here, but unfortunately, it didn’t help. At that point, I reached out to Syed again. Initially, he respected my hesitation and patiently followed the exercises prescribed by my physiotherapist, even though he gently pointed out that my right leg and overall body strength were deteriorating. His patience is one of his most admirable qualities. Having complete faith in Syed’s knowledge and experience, I eventually decided to follow his customized exercise plan. The results were remarkable. Within just two weeks, I was able to sit comfortably, resume my office work, and even drive short distances. After four weeks of training exclusively under Syed’s guidance, I regained significant strength in my right leg and safely returned to lifting weights. Today, I feel confident that—with Syed’s guidance—I will fully recover from sciatica and get back to running and HIIT workouts. His deep understanding of body mechanics and muscle groups is exceptional, and he is highly proficient across multiple training disciplines, including yoga. I highly recommend Syed as a physical trainer. Thank you, Syed, for helping me overcome one challenge after another.

I have been training with Syed for over a year now, and his support, expertise, and patience have been invaluable in my fitness journey. As someone who is mostly sedentary and carrying extra weight, I have struggled with various injuries, including knee pain, ankle injuries, Achilles tendonitis, and back pain, especially rhomboid area after cardio workouts. Syed has been instrumental in helping me work through these challenges by offering tailored variations for my workouts, ensuring that I stay active while avoiding further strain. What sets Syed apart is his well-rounded approach to fitness. He doesn’t just focus on strength training but incorporates yoga, stretches, primal movements, and multi-joint exercises to improve mobility and overall body function. When I felt stuck and unmotivated due to personal struggles, joining the PT 1-on-1 program with Syed turned out to be exactly what I needed to reclaim control over my fitness journey. Syed’s inspiring profile initially drew me in, and his expertise and support have been instrumental in helping me progress both physically and mentally. Despite the challenges of managing a 5.30 hour time difference and a full-time job, Syed worked with me to create a schedule that perfectly fit into my mornings. We started with a thorough fitness review, and from the very first sessions, his thoughtful approach stood out. Syed always checked in on how I felt after each workout and adjusted the plan accordingly. Under his guidance, I quickly advanced from lifting 4 kg to 6 kg, then 8 kg, and now even 10 kg dumbbells! I had enrolled with Syed 1 month ago since I was already doing personal training with another coach but my shoulder was sprained and he couldn’t help or guide me through that pain . I saw Syed knows yoga and I wanted to first fix my shoulder . Syed knows what he is doing and is an expert in what he does . This really helped me a lot to trust him and did what he asked .almost immediately all my pains were gone and they have not come back even though now I am lifting heavier . This is only because he knows the correct technique and in the process of gaining muscle there will be injuries so you need someone you can guide and support you Syed is always calm and relaxed and that helps me a lot . I renewed 3 months with him since I know he is the best and pushes me enough that I have not done before . I am excited to train with him next 3 months If you have had any bad experiences with coaches on FITTR please don’t be discouraged just join Syed . I want to share my transformation soon
