Utkarsh has been an amazing coach. He has been great to work with. He gave good coaching and a good diet plan. I took a 3 month course with him and he helped me with my nutrition and workout plans.

Utkarsh has been a great coach. He has helped me in making progress towards my fitness goals with personalized diet and workout plane. Few exceptional thins about him are- he is prompt in solving queries and doubts and he is solution oriented. He quickly makes changes to diet and workout plans if something is not working out for you. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to embark upon their fitness journey.

Utkarsh has been a game-changer for me. Even with my hectic schedule as a neurosurgeon, his diet plans were genuinely easy to follow—practical, realistic, and sustainable. What I appreciate most is his training philosophy: strong focus on functional fitness and performance rather than just aesthetics (though the aesthetics improved a lot too). I had hit a weight-loss plateau before working with him, and after starting his program I dropped nearly significant weight in about two months—and the progress is still going. Highly recommend him if you want results without extreme or complicated routines.
