When I started this 12-week journey, I weighed 171.4 lbs (77.75 kg). Today I’m at 156 lbs (70.76 kg) — a loss of 15.4 lbs (7 kg). Seeing the number on the scale go down felt great, but what truly surprised me was how much better my health improved overall. My blood work changes really hit home for me: Cholesterol: 217 → 170 ALT (fatty liver marker): 66 → 32 This wasn’t just about losing weight—it gave me peace of mind and confidence knowing I’m moving in the right direction health-wise. The coaching felt supportive, realistic, and sustainable, not restrictive or overwhelming. For the first time, I feel like I’m not just “dieting,” but actually building habits I can maintain. I’m genuinely grateful for the guidance and support throughout these 12 weeks. If you care about long-term health and real results, I can’t recommend Vikram Sir enough!
I started my fat loss journey on may 1st 2025 and I am mentored by Vikram sir. My starting weight was 95.3 and today’s weight is 84.6 kg after 3 months. Lost more than 10 kg in last 3 months. I’ve been training with Vikram for the past few months to loose my postpartum weight. I was 3 months postpartum when I started training. I can honestly say it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made as I started feeling myself after loosing almost 20lbs in about 3 months without even feeling like l am on diet and extensively draining myself with exercises or workouts. Vikram helped me not only with weight loss journey but also completely change the way I approach fitness and nutrition. Vikram’s training style is motivating, supportive, and personalized — he knew exactly how to help me in this journey considering I am breastfeeding and working mom without making it feel overwhelming. He took the time to understand my goals, my schedule and even adjusted my workouts based on that. The progress I’ve made under his guidance has been incredible — I feel healthier, more confident, and much more energetic. Couldn’t recommend him more!
