Virendar is an excellent coach with deep knowledge of diet and exercise. I had never taken any membership from any fitness platform before, and this was my first experience with Fittr. Throughout the program, Virendar was always available and approachable for any discussions or questions. His continuous motivation and guidance kept me on track during this journey. Over a period of two and a half months, I was able to lose around 5 kilograms and a few inches without stress or difficulty. Although I was able to follow about 60–70% of his instructions, he continuously adapted my diet and workout plans based on my needs and requests, ensuring that I still achieved my goals. Virendar also educated me about various food items that we commonly consume without being aware of their calorie content, nutrients, or overall impact. He taught me how to calculate calories and make informed food choices focused on nutrient density. This understanding made my weight-loss journey much clearer and more sustainable.

Virender is a fantastic coach, especially for the beginners who have less awareness of fitness and diet. His knowledge and experience make him one of the best coaches.
