I really appreciate your focus on the technical details. Your ability to break down complex movements into manageable progressions has made a huge difference in my form. I have begin to feel much more control of my body than when we started... Working out with Vishal has finally ignited my pathway for advancement in Calisthenics...!!!
I’ve always wanted to get into calisthenics, but I never knew where to begin. I assumed I could figure it out on my own and was hesitant about hiring a personal trainer. However, I soon realized that my form in many exercises I had been doing for years was incorrect. Working with Coach Vishal has been a game-changer. He is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive to detail, and consistently guides me in the right direction. He not only corrects my form but also motivates and challenges me to push beyond my limits. In just three weeks of training with him, I’ve already noticed significant improvements in my strength and overall confidence. I now truly believe I can achieve skills I once thought were out of reach. I’m excited to continue this journey and look forward to learning and mastering more calisthenics skills under his guidance.
I'm very much impressed by Vishal's expertise in calisthenics! 💪 After a shoulder injury from self-training, I was hesitant to start again, but he put my fears to rest. He takes you from the basics, knows exactly when to push and when to ease off, and tailored a plan that worked for me. In just 1.5 months, I've overcome my fear of shoulder pain - that's a huge win! 😊 Looking forward to mastering new calisthenic skills and seeing some serious muscle gain in the coming months. I would highly recommend Vishal for his patient and knowledgeable approach !
Working with Vishal over the past four months has been a great learning experience, especially from a mental discipline standpoint. One of his biggest teachings is the importance of consistency over perfection. Instead of overthinking, overplanning, or waiting for the “perfect” conditions, he encourages simply showing up, focusing on execution, and quieting the unnecessary mental chatter. That mindset shift alone has made a huge difference to how I approach fitness. From a technical perspective, he has helped me rebuild my fundamentals from scratch. Even exercises I thought I knew well — like pushups — needed posture corrections, and those refinements have made my workouts far more effective and safe. His focus on basics ensures steady, sustainable progress. Initially, I was unsure how 1:1 coaching would work remotely, but it has actually been very convenient. I can stay consistent even while travelling for work, which wasn’t possible earlier. The flexibility without losing accountability has been a big plus. Vishal also keeps the journey enjoyable. Our conversations about movies, podcasts, and books make sessions engaging, and he emphasises that workouts can be social and fun — counting reps aloud, interacting, and keeping energy positive rather than treating fitness like a chore. As a beginner, one of my biggest takeaways from training with him is that strength doesn’t require fancy equipment, expensive trackers, or even a gym membership. With just a pull-up bar, a mat, consistency, and the right guidance, meaningful progress is absolutely achievable. His practical inputs on diet have also complemented the training well. Overall, it’s been a rewarding start to my calisthenics journey, and Vishal has played a key role in building both the physical foundation and the mental approach needed to sustain it.
