Yash’s coaching goes beyond just workouts and dieting, he motivates me mentally and physically, pushing me to be the best version of myself. Thank you Yash, for making me serious and consistent towards my workout & diet. I've been trying to gain weight, but mental barriers stopped me everytime. Training with yash has given the results i have been looking for the longest time, The concept with what other trainers work here has been different than all other trainers i have worked with. If you're looking for a good fitness coach, you're in the correct place. Yash is a fab coach. I must have been a challenging client for him. I travel frequently with very few opportunities to quantify each and everything. Yash monitored my progress and designed plans accordingly. I can see some real progress. I had a lot of demands especially the fact that I wanted something that's sustainable which mingles around my native Maharashtrian cuisine so that it will be easier for me to carry it forward. He successfully incorporated protein amidst my daily dal rice and chapati bhaji. He was the one who actually instructed me to lower down my soy chunks consumption by a bit and yet managed to fit enough protein into my diet according to my goals. He gave the right advice at the right time. Be it adapting to my schedule or judging my postures at the gym through videos he just guided me on the right path and made me smoothly walk along the way to fitness without deviating. He was really enthusiastic on the calls and addressed all my questions. He kinda equipped me to take care of my fitness and subtly programmed me to think accordingly. He is a great fitness coach and with this enthusiasm and expertise, would be useful to anyone who enrolls under him. I will definitely post my transformation once I am in the perfect chiselled shape, but for now, I am actually very happy with whatever physique I have built with the help of Yash.
